It’s essential to improve core and hip strength for athletic activities and day to day tasks. Strong core and glutes are the foundation for avoiding chronic injuries and pain free running. This is a great non-weight bearing exercise to work on core and hip strength.     This is a good exercise to use with just that ball. I like the fact that your exercises are not bad on our knees and other joints.

    I like that the exercise is simple enough to be done at home. Too bad my doctor forbids me to do any strenuous exercise as of the moment due to my gun shot wound. I’ll keep this in mind though, para pag pwede ko nagawin ang laki na ng na gain ko e
