In this video I am going to share with you some simple tips I teach my patients who are trying to improve their digestion and increase their metabolism to burn fat.
As I have said in a lot of my other videos and articles, the ability to digest food properly is the most important factor in getting proper nutrition from your food, to burn toxins and to burn fat for optimal health.
These principles may seem simple, but are very powerful for optimal health and fitness.

Hi everyone! This is Manu Kalia, a physical therapist and Ayurveda herbalist. For those who have been following my channel as well reading the articles I have written on my site, you know that how much emphasis I place on improving your digestion and how according to eastern medicine perspective a good digestion is extremely important for overall health. A common question a lot of my patients ask me is how do I improve my metabolism?
As you have seen in lots of my other articles that I have written on my site and in some of the other videos also, I have emphasized that to improve your metabolism you have to work at improving your digestion. If your digestion is working better or is working optimally you are going to not only digest or breakdown your food more effectively, you will be able to extract nutrients from that food and you will be able to detox your body.
So basically your digestive fire will burn through toxins in your system also if you have a strong digestion, which in effect will also end up improving your metabolism and leads to overall health. I also want to give you some very simple tips on how to improve your digestion.
Simple thing you can do is take a slice of ginger, add a little bit of salt and squeeze a few drops of lemon on it then chew it for about 20-30 minutes before your meals — that is one thing you can do. The other thing to do is make sure you eliminate all cold drinks from your diet essentially — so no ice. According to eastern medicine excessive use of cold things is going to slow down your digestion and your metabolism also.
One other thing you can include is to make a simple tea out of cumin, coriander and fennel — these are just three spices that are used in cooking all over the world. So make a simple tea out of these spices, whole seeds preferably, about a half a teaspoon and boil it in water and enjoy a tea right after your meal. Not only does this help you digest your food better, it will also help you eliminate toxins in your system.
If you just practice these three simple tips you will dramatically improve your health and also it will help boost your metabolism and of course it will definitely improve your digestion.

It is good to know about your product WeightCare and that it is based on indian ayurveda. Unfortunately you have made it available to everyone else and not to the indians in india. Your product on Amazon doesnt ship to India. Let me know if there is a way i can order and have it shipped to india.

hi there i came across yr videos and its really educational one i prfer using ayurveda for me and u give helpful suggestions .can u suggest me some herbs to reduce lazyness in me as i think its main cause of belly fat . thank you
Herbs is one part of the solution, but you definitely need to get moving and exercise too…movement is essential to not only for weight loss but also for laziness.
